Kristen has extensive training in mediation and has mediated several community cases and settled dozens of cases in court that are not related to matrimonial and family law matters. She has provided over 100 hours of pro-bono mediation within New York State Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs). She is available to help you resolve a variety of disputes, including family, commercial, housing, and financial.
Mediation in New York
New York offers the wonderful and convenient option of choosing Mediation or Collaborative Law and filing an uncontested divorce, enabling you to work at your own pace and preventing you from having to step foot in Court. Thanks to zoom, Kristen is able to work with clients residing in any area of New York State, whether the city or as far upstate as her home county of Lewis. Kristen is honored to sit on the Matrimonial Roster of Attorneys for Mediation for New York (Manhattan), Bronx, and Richmond (Staten Island) Counties.
Mediation in Wyoming
Kristen is thrilled to be a recent member of the Bar of the incredibly beautiful State of Wyoming, and is more than happy to work via zoom or fly to mediate any type of dispute. While divorce mediation is not protected in the same way as it is in New York State, she is available to help resolve issues and expedite the process and finalization.
